It's a relief to hear that the crazy idea of the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) to offer a top prize of RM15,000 to the person who catches the most number of stray dogs SCRAPPED. Among others the competition also offered RM13,000 and RM11,000 as 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively. This is one really stupid and crazy idea by stupid people sitting in the stupid Municipal Council.
Dog catching especially stray are deemed dangerous. It is definitely not easy to catch it what more non professionals. People will get injured nevertheless. Secondly as the reward is high, there may be even dog theft in the area. I seriously don't know what otak these people ada...
Anyway thank God that it is now out of the agenda...
