BN.... BN..... BN......

Not that it stands only for Barisan Nasional but it also stands for it's son, Barang Naik. As the saying goes like father like son... I am not surprise at all even after yesterday when the Star reported that prices of Rice will go up by 10%. It reported that with effect from July 1, each kilogram of rice at retail outlets will likely cost an extra 50 sen to RM2, depending on the variety and grade of the grain. This was the second increase this year where the last was April and that is hardly three months.

It is always true that whenever the BN wins in a general election, almost everything will go up. This is so true when after the election win by the mighty BN, everything such as raw materials for construction and consumer goods, went up. Started of course is the notorious petrol hike and then toll in the major highways in the Klang Valley. It is like a 'kitar hidup' a cycle, where every Tom Dick and Harry is affected.

So what is the rationale of a pay rise amongst civil servants, do you think it goes back to square one? It is a matter of plus and minus. So how are Malaysians able to save money for rainy days when price of consumer goods kept going up.
