Malaysian all over condemns the very act of the police in the recent unlawful arrest and detention of Nathaniel Tan. The police should follow all procedures within the ambit of the various laws in our country. We have laws for it and as such PLEASE follow it. The police must first state their intention to arrest and inform the reason for the arrest. As such the failure to inform by the police of his crime is an grossly indecent act and a breach of fundamental human rights by the Royal Malaysian Police Force. By just saying "want to discuss about the internet" is definitely a vague and most unacceptable reason for the arrest of Nat Tan.
